Today is 4th day my baby girl is suffering from fever, 100, 101. Temperature goes down to normal when i give nobleplus fever medicine. I am also giving antibiotic from today as prescribed by dr. Please help, why the fever is not going away, there is no other symptoms. Please help dr

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundredz or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher zmedicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
