Today I went for ultrasound , doctor told me that my fetus is 1 weeks smaller than gestational age. What does it mean?

A. Suppose your last period was something and when you got it done it should be four weeks positive as per your last period date and pregnancy test and sometimes it can be one week less or one week class so that is a possibility to be seen when you get an ultrasound done which is completely normal
