Q.

Today I purchased luvlap breast pump is this good I try and put some milk but my milk supply is slow so I get only 30ml wht is right way to use manual pumps what's their work or I should express milk after feeding is good or nt bcoz my breasts are never full plz help

A. you can watch videos from youtube to take help how to express milk properly..alaoake care of your diet, eat something homemade every 2-3 hours
