Today I noticed My baby poop is in slight grayish color with light blood also. what do to Mam? is this any problem?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl10 months agoA. hi ji , if the consistency of stool is too hard ,it should be result of food/medicine reaction + constipation so , first ,i advise to keep him well hydrated give soup ,nimbupani ,nariyal pani , chhach more and if you are giving iron drops or formula feeds , it must be result behind this
