today i giv vit A drops for my two yr old son nw he is vomitng and also hav fever๐ is thr is any problem with vit A?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem with vitamin A baby maybe getting fever for different reason Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
