ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, it's okay.. gradually increase the quantity.. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Rice porridge, ragi porridge, cerelac.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes you can start with all vegetables including spinach but remember one new food one at a time and slowly and gradually increase the intake spinach some time may cause digestion issues so preferred to start with potato bottle gourd green papaya
