Q.
Today I found blood in my daughters poop, she doesn't have constipation. Almost daily she is pooping one or twice time. Today i saw her applying pressure during pooping at starting only.

This can occur in a toddler who has constipation. Certain foods, drinks, and prescription medications can change the color of stool, causing it to look like blood.
