Q.

To make porridge/kheer which milk should I use for my 9 month old daughter ? Can breastmilk be heated ? Or can I add formula and heat formula to make kheer ?

A. you can separately cook the kheer and then you can add the formula milk on that. don't heat the breast milk or formula milk. or you can simply make it with water and you can give it to the baby

A. Hello dear parent! Neither breastmilk nor formula milk should be boiled. Try making kheer only with water mixed with powdered dry fruits. Once your baby completes 10 months you can add normal milk to your baby’s foods. Use Babyhug stainless steel glasses and bowls. Good luck and take care.
