Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding speech baby starts to speak mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 sgjmonths of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years . do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly..
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

The more you communicate the sooner baby will learn to speak properly and fluently. Give some topics to seek on like one two lines about the favourite car or toy, make ur child learn poems to help improve speaking skills
