Hello mom give some balance meals that includes all major food groups such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk and products, eggs , lentils and legumes, cereals and millets, dry fruits and nuts. Also remember never to force feed the child also physical activity and playing around is good also and that will also help a lot in increasing hungry and appetite
