give one pot meals like mix vegetable dal khichdi

curd rice
milkshakes

if the child has less hunger then start giving more of warm water to the child which will help him to increase the hunger and also avoid all kind of junk food bringing to home.
give small and frequent food every 2 hours with dry fruits fruit cheese and normal food but in very less quantity which will be usually liked by the kids
