Tiny red bumps on cheeks Hand and legs of my 7 weekd old baby is it normal

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. yes it can happen due to heat sensitivity but do not apply powder. powder will make the dry skin more prominent and that will aggravate the condition.
