Tingling sensation while breastfeeding. Why does this happen.. what are possible causes?

A. When you're breastfeeding, and your breasts release breast milk, you may notice these signs of the let-down reflex: Tingling: You may feel pins and needles, or a warm sensation in your breasts. Leaking: You may see breast milk leaking or spraying out of the breast that your baby is not breastfeeding on.
