ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 5 years agoA. vitamin D tablets are not to be taken necessarily after delivery. it is indicated only if you have deficiency for that. so if given by a doctor consult once for the management.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children5 years agoA. after delivery one should continue taking the calcium and iron tablets for three months.. as the doctor prescribed.. you should also take the health drinks as pro pl, mama protinex, mother Horlicks.. it is important to take a good care of yourself even after delivery, eat well healthy and balanced diet..
