A. you have to continue vitamin d3 supplement till you are not able to take the child in sunlight. if you are giving 400 units you have to give 1ml everyday and if you're giving 800 units you have to give 0.5 ml everyday. the thing is that you have to keep the child in sunlight for at least half an hour between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for proper vitamin d exposure. so if you are able to take the child in sunlight you can stop vitamin d supplement it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age is having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron surpplements the child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continue iron supplements given by your doctor

A. Hello dear parent! Supplements should be given only on doctor’s advice. Consult your child’s doctor for further evaluation and advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
