A. good to avoid till 1 year of age Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children. Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children. Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes.

A. hi dear It is advisable to feed the baby with jaggery after the age of one year. This will boost immunity and keep him/ her healthy, developing the taste for jaggery instead of sugar, which is not at all healthy. I suggest you to choose a good brand for your little one like Babyhug this brand is most trusted by mom's please
