Q.

till third trimester weight increased by 2 kgs .i.e 72 kgs. Now entered in 2 nd trimester what would be ideal weight gain per month till 9?

A. hi mom usually 1 kg weight gain each month is fine by 9 months can gain around 9 to 10 kgs have good proteins in each meals
