A. will helps in decreasing the swelling but for pain you have to give paracetamol and apply ice when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. It helps in reducing down the swelling so you can definitely usable prior to that apply some ice cube onto that area that really helps a lot and after that you can apply this tube no problem with that it’s completely safe to be used for the child
