This morning my baby poops are pale yellowish in colour and yesterday night he vomited and pooped are of green in colour. what should I do.

A. hi. as she is 6 month old so it is really very difficult to guess anything without clinical examination. if she is still vomiting, less intrest in feedjng then good to meet your doctor
