Q.
this is the question to gynaecologist .my lmp is 18 nov 2022 and i checked urine test in dec 24 2022 it showed negative and then i checked it on Jan 1 2023 it showed positive and i went to hospital and took scan in that it showed no fetus devolpment. and doctor tooked blood test in jan 2 2023 it showed positive with 500 mg. Now my doubt is whether my baby has proper growth and does the fetus devolped after my lmp? does it causes serious issue?

We need to know if you have regular cycles or not.
Because if you have irregular cycles then your lmp doesn’t stand correct and we can monitor the pregnancy.
You have to check the hcg values after 48 hours of first sample and check doubling .
If it is doubling it is a viable pregnancy .
If not we have to rule out ectopic also
