Q.

This is the 21st week of my pregnancy and I am extremely troubled by sleepless nights.. I don’t know why it’s happening but from past one week I am having real difficulties in sleeping. Please suggest what to do.

A. hi mom u should avoid having day time nap .. decrease ur screen time specially in the night before sleep .. take bath before sleep .. listen 5o the music do meditation

A. hi it happens because of hormonal changes. so drink warm milk before one hour of sleep time. avoid watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially one hour of sleep time. keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene
