Q.

this is my kids urine routine test report do she needs any antibiotics she regularly complain about abdominal pain and gastric and dnt have appetite for last 2days

A. Hi parent Apologies , mam. The report you are referring to is not available kindly raise your query again with some details. You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350

Q. #asktheexpert Hi, my daughter she's 2yr 9m old, from recent few days she often had fever, we went to pediatrician he gave paracetamol and mefenamic acid syrup for 3 days but still her fever not get down then he told for blood n urine test, blood test report is normal but in urine routine test it shown RCB count as 12-15, so on next day after seeing report he given Amoxicillin antibiotics and suggested again to do urine routine and culture test, on same day routine test report is 20-25 RCB's but culture test report came after 2days which is negative(no bacterial growth), n we again went for routine test which shown 6-8 as RCB's so doctor suggested to continue antibiotics for 5days and after completing course again to do urine routine test, after antibiotics course urine routine test report was plenty of RCB's (more than 250), now he changed antibiotics to cefixime telling that Amoxicillin may not suiting her, also told after completing this course if result is same then we've to go for abdomen ultra scan for kidney and bladder related issues!! is by baby realy have such issues
