Q.

This is my 26th week of pregnancy,& I am 53kgs , inspite of eating healthy from the beginning of my pregnancy,I could not gain sufficient amount of weight,what should I do ,does it effect my baby's growth

A. don't worry. it's fine. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water stay active and happy

A. Don't worry, As far you are eating healthy food and with required medications..everything will be fine. It's same with me. take care and stay clam:)

A. There is no need to gain any weight at all and it is perfectly normal. In fact, some women may even lose a few pounds because of morning sickness that is usually okay, as long as weight gain in later part of pregnancy is appropriate.
