Q.

this is a big question my sons who is 4 month old and his pediatrician suggested that I give him calcium syrup I.e. calcibrek for his head size his head size is 43 cm and it should be 41 cm I didn't know this was an issue. is this normal or should I give him the syrup as doctor said

A. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opinion of another doctor of the same field. weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing proper examinationd of the child which will be done by the second doctor.
