Q.

This Friday both me and my baby fell down from the escalator. She got a scratch mark on head and cried a lot for a day. Should there be any medication that needs to be given to the baby.

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet yodur doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with soap and water

A. Tbact you can apply regularly onto this area but since the child got hurt from an escalator fallen down that way I think you should get a tetanus shot done for your child and that is going to be good otherwise there are bright chances of your child catching some infection and all because these things are basically complete Iron only so it could be creating some problem over the period so better to get a tetanus shot done
