there is something like wax in left ear of my 3 month old baby..is it any kind of infection? how to cure it?

never try to clean ear with help of ear bud , cleaning may damage skin and exposes area for infection

It Looks more like an infection to me I’m just going to advise if you wants to get a check with an ENT doctor and according to that whatever treatment is required can be suggested very well because it doesn’t look like it like I said it more over look like an infection only
