Q.

There is lot of gas in my 1 month baby tummy. She starts crying suddenly lot of time in the night as well in the morning. Yesterday she cried a lot gor almost 4 hours continuously. Doctor recommend some medicine but nothing is helping her. She is going potty well for 2 time. I make her burp after every feed. Please guide what rkse to do?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gasthica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasfal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
