There is bump inside the nose of my 4 year 9 month old daughter with running nose, is that bump ok?

Get it checked by the doctor this is difficult to say but if you feel is there it’s better to get examined you can visit an ENT doctor and they will check and can tell you what is the situation and if any problem is there then they will suggest your treatment also
