There is a white scratches on my baby's front 4 teeth.. What is the reason behind this??. What can I do for this?? What are the medicine?? Please guide us.. I have attached the photo

Known as fluorosis, it's a cosmetic issue that occurs when babies or young children ingest too much fluoride while their teeth are still forming under their gums.
