there is a bump in Ajuni's ear, which is paining too much.. please suggest

Maam sometimes a pimple can appear with PUSS into that and that can lead to pain like this I try to press and see if there is an opening to it and clean it properly after that if there is no opening then apply Betadine ointment on that area and cover it and give paracetamol to reduce the pain
