There is a blood in stool of my 25 days old baby. is it because of changes in my diet?

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
