A. better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor. your doctor will further send you for further managements . .

A. hi well , your pediatrician can guide you better in this so I advise to visit your pediatrician for once spend quality time with your child. give age appropriate toys.
