then my baby 4th month start he is very low birth weight 1.48 now 4kg only this weight gain is normal or upnormal

Feed exclusive breast milk or formula milk untill 5 complete months, from 6 month onwards start semi solid foods.
Sleep of 14-17 hours per day is must as sleep impacts growth harmone.
