the receipe contains garam masala and others spices to it. can it be given to babies? also,can we introduce roti to babies at 8 months?

Which recipes you’re talking about I am not sure about it but you can give it to the child in a minimal quantity there is no problem and if you want to skip you can because it is not mandatory to give to the child so you can decide as per your choice you can give there is no restriction that’s what I can tell you
