The child has running nose which medicine should be given

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescrigubed. if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dosde can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for skin warmth.
