Q.
The child has a yellow cast on the ear. What is the reason for that?

yellow cast ON ear?
if yes then usually it is found if child go though ear surgery
so if it is not the case of surgery,it should be infection ,
please visit your pediatrician

it is not possible for you to clean the wax from inside but yes you can clean it from outside. with the help cotton cloth. you can clean the external ear as well as the wax which has drained outside from the ear. for impacted wax drops are available which will be given by your doctor and if they are severely impacted then the doctor will remove it with the help of instruments.
a visit with a pediatrician or a ent doctor is required.
