The baby's birth weight was 3.2kgs after 5 days it was 2.7kgs at 3 weeks 3.2kgs and now at 6 weeks it was 3.7kgs Baby is on breastfeed, urine and motion were normal... is it normal weight gain???

A. hello baby weight after birth will reduce n then it starts increasing n baby gaining min 120 g to 200 g oer week is a good weight gain n an indication that baby is getting sufficient milk n is a good weight gain
