ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear at the child is 7 months old you can give fruits like stewed apple banana and Chiku go slow with the system of the child and include one new food at a time along with breastfeeding and whenever you introduce new food check for its acceptance and allergy
