Q.
thank u sir bed time we r use prophylaxis antibiotic.(cefaclor) . 1.8 yrs use 6 ml syrup 125mg/5ml but dose was change two days back 500 mg capsule it's safe dose or not sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. there are syrup medications available and you can always ask the pediatrician to shift to syrup based medicine. because in capsule or tablet formulation will have to break the medicine and give it to the child so better to shift to syrup formulation and you can discuss this with your doctor

The dosage is prescribed by ur doctor.
So u can give it. There is no problem in that.
