Thank u Dr.for your kind reply but need to ask one more thing that she has pain at one thai only and we consultant our pediatrician she examine her but she didn't found any problem in her leg.

A. there is a possibility of nutritional deficiency as well as it can be due to Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency and sometimes due to nerve compression and Vitamin B12 deficiency
