Q.
temperature is 100- 103.7..giving him calpol and meftal p suspension..but fever is not reducing. should I give him oflox 100 sos..? are these medications are effective as fever is from last week..?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and he is having very high fever then give him ORS and fruits juice and then paracetamol 18 mg/kg and proper antibiotic too

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. I am giving calpol, meftal p and oflox 100 within each 4 -5 hour gap but at evening temperature rise after giving antibiotic. temperature is above 104 now. what to do please tell me.
