ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. axillary temperature more than 99, oral more than 100, rectal more than 100.4 degree Fahrenheit is fever. . just feed well. wear comfortable clothing. do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down. do not give medications without prescriptions. consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child
