Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose mogytions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection fwhich needs antibiotics treatment
