A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time.
It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semiz liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal.
the cryzing of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipation

A. Gas and occasional changes in bowel movements, including constipation, can be normal in a one-month-old breastfeeding baby. Breastfed babies may have a wide range of bowel movement patterns, and some may have infrequent bowel movements without being constipated.
Here are some points to consider:
1. **Frequency of Bowel Movements:** Breastfed babies can have varying bowel movement frequencies. Some may have several bowel movements a day, while others may go a few days between movements.
2. **Gas:** Gas is common in infants as their digestive systems are still developing. It's normal for babies to pass gas, and it doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.
3. **Consistency of Stools:** Breastfed babies often have soft, mustard-yellow stools. The consistency can vary, and occasional firmer stools may occur.
4. **Comfort Measures:** If your baby seems uncomfortable due to gas, you can try gentle tummy massage, bicycle leg movements, or holding your baby in an upright position.
However, if you notice signs of distress, persistent constipation, or if your baby is not gaining weight as expected, it's important to consult with your pediatrician. They can provide guidance, rule out any underlying issues, and offer advice on how to alleviate any discomfort your baby may be experiencing. Always reach out to your healthcare provider with concerns about your baby's health and well-being.
