ExpertAlapati HariPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hi, sunken eyes is if the eye ball appears to have gone inside the orbit. It is a sign of dehydration, if baby does not have enough fluid in the body the eyes appear sunken into orbits. Give more fluids. It not common at 3 months.
