Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! As baby is one year and 3 months old you can three meals along with 2 snacks at a gap of 2-3 hours interval.
You can choose any grain/millet based breakfast with milk or any fruit juice.
Idly/dosa (ragi/jowar/bajra ), oats/Dalia l/sooji upma/kheer/kichdi.
Lunch - Rice/roti with dal/sambhar/sabji gravy with less oil and spices,curd rice/rice porridge.
Dinner - Rice/roti with sabji/any kichdi/soups must be light before 7-7:30.
Snacks - You can offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, juices/milk shakes/soups/dry fruits ladoo(powdered), cerelac, malts.
Give adequate water and fluids for hydration.
