suggest some Bengali food recipes for six months old baby for morning and evening

A. bhaja munger Dal Khichdi with vegetables, Dal rice with mashed Vegetable, add little ghee how to make energy dance and Sprinkle some lemon for iron absorption rice payesh or Kheer or porridge you can introduce fish egg chicken only after 9 months various other options and guidelines for top feeding after 6 months is given below Soft, mashed and hygienically prepared foods like you can begin with porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds, later mashed paneer cheese consistency of food should be like that of ghee avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach. add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner continue to breastfeed

A. hi dear..cast doesn't matter for food... all foods are same during starting months.. so you can go ahead.. introduce one food in a week and check for intolerance. alwaus try new food in daytime to monitor baby's response and god forbid, for any immediate medical attention like allergy or choking. i never tested a food on sundays as my doc clinic was shut. prepare a schedule, write it down if need be. i wrote down for the first month and maintained poop journal too. as of now start with apple juice and moong daal water.. slowly slowly you can increase baby deit..and start with your traditional food like fish and rice..but mixed it very well (ONCE your little one completed 1yrs).. u can make porridge out of any cereal. prefer gur/jaggery to sugar.
