A. dear mum, for overall health and good mental development give a balanced diet having variety of food groups good proteins like pulses, beans, egg, soya , milk and Milk products, fish ,chicken, meat variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables, especially vitamin A containing yellow orange green fruits and vegetables good fats providing Omega 3 for brain : Nuts like walnut, almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, flaxseed, lobia, fish
