Apply coconut oil regularly but do check with your doctor because this kind of a rush which is becoming so deep is not good for the child so I would recommend you to certainly check with your doctor ones as of now I would advise you to go ahead with applying coconut oil on regular basis

keep that area clean.
choose loose, collar less Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
