Chop vegetables into wedges,fingers steam for 5-8 minutes (potato,carrot,sweet potato,beans,beet root),similarly ripen fruits papaya,water melon,musk melon,straw berry,banana into pieces offer as finger food.
Finger foods helps in soothing gums during teething stage.
